Welcome to SlipTap, operated by SlipTap (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/593880/07), a company registered in South Africa. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

SlipTap lets you save digital receipts to your account and access features built on them (such as spending insights). The core service is free. Linking a card is optional and only helps your receipts find your account — it never authorises a payment.

Your account

• You must use a valid email address that's yours.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. We secure sign-in with a one-time code instead of a password.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under South African law.

Acceptable use

Use SlipTap for your own legitimate receipt-keeping. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights or the law.

Your receipts & records

Your saved receipts belong to you. We store them so you can access them, and we retain them for up to 5 years where they serve as tax records (see the Privacy Policy). SlipTap is a record-keeping tool — it isn't tax, legal or financial advice.

Availability

We work hard to keep SlipTap running, but we provide the service "as is" and can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time.

Ending your use

You can stop using SlipTap and request deletion of your information at any time (subject to the legal retention minimum). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
